It is easy to catch these changes. When you download you month-end summary of givers on the 12-month chart, look at each name carefully with a red pen in hand, and notice which donors have increased, decreased, or skipped. Mark them and contact them. Personal attentiveness to your partners' giving patters communicates you care.
